Kathleen “Kat” Lancaster is a distinguished certified speech-language pathologist, recognized by the American Speech-Hearing Association, with 25 years of clinical expertise across various settings. Specializing in autism spectrum conditions and other neurodivergent and developmental disabilities, Kat brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice in the Northwest Arkansas region.

Kat earned a specialized certification focusing on the Autism Spectrum condition. She is also a certified behavior analyst, accredited by the Behavior Analysts Certification Board.
